I am not sure why some daily clicks are not tracking, it certainly isnt the tracking link as I have had that checked and they are tracking for other members, however we are trying to discover a few things at the moment, I do know another couple of members has switched to firefox to do them and its worked. We are still trying to discover if there is a 24 hour period on some clicks. I am really sorry they are not tracking but I can assure you I am doing everything I can to find out why. Lorraine |

Done the forum bonus offer and clicked through to activate account.
Done all the dailies using same procedure as other sites Done GoCompare house insurance quote using same procedure as other sites. The majority of the clicks I do are not being tracked to my account but are being cancelled from my account. Please can you help? |

Are you clearing your cookies between sites. Are you using Internet explorer or Firefox as a few of our members who were using Internet explorer changed to firefox for this site and got them to work. Also when you are doing dailies are clicking all the way through to retailers etc |

I honestly don't know why things are not tracking for you, I know its not my tracking links as they are tracking for others.
Can I ask what Internet Provider you are with. I am not doing today's tracking until later today as I have to go out this morning so fingers crossed that your things have tracked. I am trully baffled as to why these are not tracking for you as you say you are doing everything such as CC Cleaner etc. Are you with any other Your Brand sites such as Magic Cashback, if so do these track on there. Can I just ask if you are using IE or Firefox when doing your clicks as some members find using Firefox the dailies track better. |

Can I just check that when you are doing these searches (as most of your cancelled clicks are mainly the search engine) that you are doing valid searches for example gaslfkdjsa;flks is not a valid search. Also I am not 100% sure if the search engine is recognising duplicat searches.

Can I also please remind everyone that if you click on an offer and dont follow it through it will still show up on your account, and therefore I will have to cancel it as it won't track
for instance jacey I notice you had 3 tesco internet saver accounts clicked those were cancelled as they never tracked. Also the Please Read before completing section at the top of the Unique offers page that was clicked and showed up as a transaction which I had to cancel. i always search everthing right , eg. searchchief = wine = cick through , i wouldnt search the daily clicks if i wasnt going to do them right , other wise i would know they would be canceled . i clean my cookies using ccleaner for every cashback website im with. | ||||

Yes, I think I've informed you before about the Tesco ones. I was getting info on their savings account not applying for an account. As for the Clash, I gave up on that bunch a long while ago

I've tried using IE, firefox, google chrome and opera nothing makes any difference. I've also tried clicking at different times of day. I've also made this site the first I click and still nothing works. I'm under orders to reach cashout so the person who referred me gets their fee. When or more likely IF I reach cashout, I wont be starting the painful process again, I can think of far easier ways of giving to charity |

I have checked your account and the only daily clicks that were cancelled on 22/2 was carsource and Buy Central. I did notice you have had a few free offers cancelled can I ask if you took them right through and clicked confirmation emails etc. I have also noticed you had some dailies cancelled in December but looking at the ones that were cancelled we were having problems with them and they were soon taken off the site after that.
