Hi,
how do I see the names of who I've referred and how do I claim referral fee when they have cashed out??

When you log in, if you go to reports and then click on "Clicked" this will show you all your referrals which are pending.

Once your referral reaches £15 it automatically confirms your £1.50,

However, we do have a programme in place that if a click or referral is not confirmed within 90 days this will automatically cancel, don't worry though as although a click has been cancelled, as soon as it confirms it goes straight back into your account. The reason for this programme is that the site was taking ages to load because of all the pendings so we put this in place to make it quicker to load and I can still see all cancelled transactions so that they can be confirmed when they need to be. We also chose 90 days as that is a more realistic time for all offers to be paid via the affiliate, but sadly we can't tell how long a referral will take to cash out.

I wasn't sure if u had to claim it like some other sites.
Much better that its done automaticly as I'm a wee bit lazy Laughing

Went to reports and on clicked and noticed that my other referral is not showing in pending.

He should reach £15 in a couple of weeks

Shouldn't he be showing in pending or have I misunderstood the above?

I'm trying as hard as I can
